New semester in Meat&Wine school

We have carefully listened to all suggestions and help of our students at first half of 2009. We are grateful for it, in fact, we grow and develop together with you and your opinion is very important to us! The second semester of 2009 will bring so many expected innovations. And even if you are sure that you know all, give yourself a chance!

So, the school «Meat & Wine» consists of three departments now. There are faculty «Meat & Wine», that has already become a classic (professor Ivan Slinko), as well as new faculties «Odessika» and «Milk & Cheese». Faculty «Odessika» will be devoted to an extensive and delicious Odessa cuisine. Professors of faculty Konstantin Rossoshenko and Ruslan Boyko revive the recipes of dishes that have made Odessa the culinary capital of Ukraine.
Of course, you wonder what will do the students of faculty «Milk & Cheese». Students of this faculty will be ... children! We are opening a children's department at our school and hope that the knowledge about healthy food, as well as the first simple recipe will help young students to grow in real gourmets. Under the guidance of Professor Oksana Perkina the students will learn how to understand what is useful and tasty!
School classes will be held at the restaurant «Steakhouse. Meat & Wine» (in the kitchen, near the grill, in the Wine Room), at the restaurant «Dacha» and «Kompot» cafe.
