When it’s grey and overcast outside the window, but the weather forecast has consistently failed to move the thermometer to the “plus” side, we decided to hurry the nature and cause the sun by cooking rosy pancakes, which are looking like that.
If you’re walking down the street, and feel the warm aroma of fresh cooked pancakes, then it’s Monday, January 25 and in cafe “Kompot” winter is winter, but the pancakes on a schedule.
Whole three weeks in “Kompot” we have eleven kinds of golden pancakes for the breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Take it with you friends. Our pancakes are not lumpy.
